For the Austrian government (Agrarbehörde Niederösterreich) we setup a land-consolidation tool that integrates GIS and land consolidation needs, starting with the management and modification of the cadaster, integration of geodetic measurements, valuation of the ground to calculate precise the change-values, measure and map the public elements like roads, water, electricity etc. Finally one can organize out of a bad situation a better one for all farmers with precise exchange of values calculation. All projects are done with WinGIS and the linked database that manages the entire public process incl. all mailings etc.; on project can contain hundreds of farmers where complete regions can be organized better. PROGIS has the right to use and sell the model and practices behind for the entire world.
